Lachnospiraceae characterization to affect diet-mediated improvement of cancer treatment outcomes

Goal: To determine how Lachnospiraceae alters cancer immunotherapy outcomes and to identify potential biotherapeutic targets. Specifically, the project aims to identify and isolate Lachno genes associated with tumor reduction and to test the causal relationship between these isolates, their metabolites, and ICB response using preclinical mouse models.
