Preliminary studies of the vaginal microbiome as a biomarker of pelvic health and patient-reported outcomes in women receiving pelvic radiation.

Goal: This award will fund the collection of microbiome samples as part of a study of patient reported outcomes aims to modify the microbiome with the eventual goal of tailoring gut flora to match desired outcomes in terms of response to treatment or to promote health All microbiome processing, data generation, analysis and integration will be performed in my lab.
