Role of the inflammatory dietary pattern in gut and colon tissue microbiomes and impact on survival outcomes among colorectal cancer patients
Goal: To determine the gut microbial profile of an inflammatory dietary pattern (EDIP) among CRC patients, characterize the EDIP-related microbiome and immune cell profiles in the CRC TME, and determine their impact on CRC survival outcomes for the first time.
